We completely understand that receiving an order shipped from China was not what you expected. Most of our products are stored and shipped from our U.S. warehouse, but in rare cases when certain items are temporarily out of stock in the U.S., we may fulfill the order from our alternative location to ensure you still receive the product as quickly as possible. In those cases, delivery usually takes only 10–15 days.
