Shipping Notice

Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. If you need to change the address after shipping, we cannot guarantee the update will take effect, and you may bear any risks or costs involved. Orders can only be shipped within the country of purchase.
Makera is not responsible for delays or rejected deliveries due to:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal to receive, or wrong contact information.

Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions to transportation systems).

Confiscated or rejected shipments due to transportation regulation violations.

Deliveries attempted on weekends or holidays, or in restricted-access areas (schools, gated communities).
Shipping Tracking
Items in order might be shipped in separate packages.
After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a “view your order” link to track your shipment. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or add orders@makera.com to your safe list.
Inspection and Sign
Since Makera products are valuable, inspect your package for damage before signing. If the package is damaged, do not sign or open it. Instead, contact Makera Support.
Once the package is signed for, we assume acceptance of the product. To ensure your protection, we recommend recording the unboxing and checking all items according to the packing list. If there are any issues, contact Support within 24 hours.
Important Notes

If you change your mind midway, please don't just reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation (info@makera.com) and we will handle the return for you in accordance with our return/refund policy.
