Works perfectly and well made. It allows me to use different size shanks on the same collet. For instance, I typically run my roughing paths on a makera 1/8, and all my other toolpaths are 1/4. With this tool I am able to use 1/8 bits on a 1/4 Collet so no need to change the collet mid job.

Perfect for using large and small shank tools at the same time
Fits great, holds on to the tool a little bit, and with the plastic collar, they hold on really well. When it's in the spindle, it doesn't seem like there's any runout, but I haven't measured it.
